For the past week we've been exploring a more formalised version of Swimming Dragon with the addition of Soaring Dragon Feeds On Chi and its associated Dantien Meditation.
Just to help you along here's some photos of the conjoined mudra which is used for the beneficial circulation of chi.
It's essentially two Buddha Hand Mudras - the left one you leave alone, the right one is used to 'pinch' the base of the left little finger (it can happily come up as far as the ring finger) with the thumb on the palm side. Then just relax your hands together.
The Buddha Hand is the hidden Mudra within the Tan Pien 'Hook Hand' from the form eg Single Whip or Snake Creeps Down.
