Gosh everything's all coming together at the moment. Rainford class is leaping ahead from the short form, the all new Moss Bank class who opened yesterday for a starter of ten did themselves proud for their first time out (well done all), and Newton-le-Willows class just made it all the way through the rather energetically freaky (damn I love it!) "No Hands Moving Way" to boost the "Body Spirit Flow", excellent going everyone.
Also a big thanks to Les Dagnall (if you've never had the pleasure odds are you've seen his work as he's a prop designer for local dramatic societies) for the gift of a wooden training dagger he made for me - it's perfect for a Tai Chi Chuan sword fingers grip and conceal. God I'm lucky!
