If you’ve never tried your hand at real Tai Chi Chuan before or had to stop due to the pandemic now is your chance. We’re starting the New Year with new beginnings and so will be restarting the Tai Chi Form from scratch within the next few lessons. All the old Chi Kung (breath/energy work) favourites will still be emphasized. Aside from being easy and fun they energize the Tai Chi Form giving it life! As we’re now getting back on track both disciplines will be linked once again with a short, simple, seated Meditation practice to help students wind down.There is no age limit, no pressure, you learn at your own pace reaping the benefits along the way.Get in touch if you would like a place in one of our classes.
